Ctrl+ (C,V,X) not working?

When I try to copy/cut/paste using CTRL+C/CTRL+X/CTRL+V, it isn't working on FRD 0.83 even though the options appear and work on the context menu when I click the "Save To" bar. System is Win2K SP4 with all current updates with Java version 6 Update 18 (build 1.6.0_18-b07).
