How To Use The Proxy List Function?

Firstly I would like to say a HUGE thank you for developing FreeRapid Downloader. I must say its much better than other softwares which I have used.

I am really hopeless in computers. Please could someone teach me how to use the Proxy List function? I tried so many times but it still does not work.
