how to set up proxy?

Hi all folks
I set up FRD quickly with no problem, but when I was make something with proxy, it is still not working
I made txt file contains proxy(from servers mentioned on the page), checked the buttons "use proxy file" and "use proxy" but still nothing, only one RS download in the same time is running
can anyone should prepare some method step by step how to set up proxy with proxy file?It should be usefull for dummy guys like me
I write in english but you can reply in czech or slovak

when I restarted FRD the several connections appeared with this, IPs but only one download was starte(generic connection) and rest were calculated like mistakes and no download is possible(except one)
I think the proxy must be unknown for Rapidshare...
Ked som restartoval FRD niekolko spojení sa mi ukázalo s horeuvedenymi IP adresami,ale len jeden zacal(s generickym pripojenim)a zvysne boli vyhodnotené ako chyby a dalsi download nebol mozny(okrem jedneho)
Asi tie proxy adresy nesmu byt zname pre Rapida...

Ahh I remember now, there is a stupid bug in 0.71, all proxies with a same port are considered as equals.
It will be fixed in 0.8...Coming soon.

Je jasne, ze verejne proxy nejsou spolehlive. Nemuzou ti fungovat vsechny...Navic jsou samozrejme pomale a nejsi sam, koho napadlo pouzit nejakou proxy ke stahovani z rapidsharu...
