Feature Request: download via VPN

Hi, thnx for this program it is realy good job!
I was thinking about new feature, something like proxi.
Idea: I can define list of VPN connection from windows. Before each download, program will try download (services where is free limit per IP), if it will be not possible (time per IP limit) disconect VNP and connect next vpn connection in the list (or try with local connection).
Some VPN get new IP everytime you connect so it will be almost like Prm account
