Can increase "concurrent downloads at a time" more than 10????

Hi,
Sometime i need to down more than 10 files at a time but max concurrent down at a time only 10.
What way to increase max concurrent down at a time from 10 to 20?

What about increasing overall concurrent download limit and adding new item "concurrent downloads from one server" which could be 10 as it is now. That way you could download more links at the same time from different servers without breaking your rules (mentioned above). (Now I am doing it via multiple instances which resulted in all links get lost after power failure.)
