Does not run. FreeRapid Downloader 0.85 Update 1 Build 566

I've downloaded the package. FreeRapid Downloader 0.85 Update 1 Build 566 , released on 1st January 2011

Clicked on the executable file BUT the first screen appears and then nothing happened.
Tried many times, still the same.

Previous version I used, no such issue.

Anything I did wrong?

Check your app.log.
Reading readme.txt usually helps.

I moved the software to another directory and it worked. However, the path of the directory that it was previously on does not have "%" or "+".
So, exactly what was wrong, I really do not know but changing directory worked for me.
