How to share the Rapid Downloader definitions between two users on Win XP?

I have two users defined on my Win XP home computer.
As far as I understood by default each user has its own download list and definitions for Rapid Downloader.

I want both users on my computer share the same download list and definition.
Is there any way to achieve this?

Thank you for your response. Yes it is FreeRapid Downloader, I was mistaken.

One more question. I am always receive error when trying to download from letitbit server.
I use the latest letitbit plugin. So I have to highlight the item in list and click on Resume button many times .
After 10 or 20 attempts it finally begin to download.

I want to ask you whether it is possible to fix letitbit problem or automate the trying process of clicking on Resume button for 10 minutes?
