I've been using Java version 7 since it came out some time last week and [ blah blah blah blah]
Long story short I think something changed in Java 7 and now my file list doesn't update it's local version. Like I can add files and see them in the list, but when I close and reopen FRD the list doesn't have those added files in it anymore, and files that I removed from the list reappear.

Just uninstalled java 7 and reinstalled java 6 update 26. Opened FRD and deleted some files from my to download list. Closed the application, reopened it and they were deleted.
