FRe didn;t popup the URL menu when copy the URl lnks

Hi All:
I have a very strange issue -- My FRE did not popup the URl screen when u copy the download links as usual. I reloaded JAVA 6 and the problem is still there -- In my system I have .NET ver 4, 3, and 2.
Any suggestions ?

You probably disabled clipboard monitoring functionality...
