share-rapid problem

Hello, I have tryied to download some files from the share-rapid server, but it doesn´t work for me. It seems it accepts my password on share-rapid, checks if the file is on the server and also checks the file size but the downloading doesn´t start. Instead of estimated time there is an error message (unknown error on the host side). Does anybody have the same problem as me ?

Can you provide app.log for us, please? + link you are trying to download.

Oh, my fault, the files what I was trying to download are somehow corrupted and I can´t download them even from my broswer, so it really is host error. Other files I tried works perfect.
