How can I move the window without the title bar?

There are skins missing title bar, Nimbus, CDE/Motif, Windows. When I use these skins, I can't move the window.

Options-> Preferences - UI Settings panel -> uncheck Use decorated frames

Restart FRD

Thanks Vity. It works.
It was unchecked by default. So I checked it and unchecked it again.
