Is this the end of Free Rapid Downloader?

One alternative is @#$%& https://@#$%&.org/
but it has an inferior interface.
Any other suggestions on alternates?

Zdravim, zajimalo by me, zda je mozne nekde nastavit, aby FreeRapid Downloader zkousel stahnout soubory ve fronte napr. kazde dve hodiny. Z duvodu omezeni ruznych sluzeb ze kterych stahuji by se mi takova funkce hodila a myslim si, ze nejsem sam. Mozna nekde je, ale ja jsem ji nenasel a proto se ptam. Diky. Tom

Validation keep "unknown" file size and do not set full name as it cannot find the name and if you try to start the download you get "ERROR - filename not found"

I want to use rapidgator.net- premium, but my name and password do not work in plugin. I see that it only takes numerical login name. How do I do that? I have windows .9u4 ver with latest plugins update as of today. I posted in general but did not know how to delete post. Thanks.

plugin sdilej.cz přestal stahovat volně stahovatelná videa, jako příklad:

"Stáhnout free" by vygenerovalo link v jiném tvaru:

nicméně ten zase hlásí chybu File name not found.

Takže to nefunguje, nezbývá než manuálně stahovat přímo přes šeb sdilej.cz.

The link is working in the browser (Firefox, Chrome) and It can be downloaded from Firefox or Chrome without any problems.

Since many days when I want to use 1fichier.com I have this error : see screenshot

A user name and password is set for version (is it mandatory ?).
Don't know how can remove them !
I triied with both version enable/disable etc...

Who can help me ?

Cant make FRD work (Linux Mint) (7 replies)

Hi.

I've been using FRD for years on Linux Mint 17.3 with no problems at all. Couple days ago I installed Linux Mint 21.2 and can't make FRD work. When trying to check for new plugins I got "javax/xml/bind/ValidationEventHandler" error message. Without updating plugins I am not able to add any urls from ceskatelevize.cz. That ValidationEventHandler has got something to do with Sun Java I guess but before I start removing current Java on my system and installing Oracle Java, which I dont need for anything else than FRD, I tried this:

On another computer with Windows I unzipped FRD, exceuted it, checked for new plugins, then copied VitySoft\FRD folder to .FRD folder on computer with Linux. It's possible now to insert ceskatelevize.cz urls for download because all updates are in plugins folder I have from Windows. But download doesnt start and I get this error message: ERROR-cz/vity/freerapid/plugins/services/applehls/AdjustableBitrateHlsDownloader

Can be this solved to start downloads and finally get FRD working?

Dobrý den,
některá stahování z ceskatelevize.cz nezačnou a program hlásí chybu (CHYBA - Failed to parse playlist).
To se děje i po několika (automatických) opakovaných pokusech o stahování.
Jiná stahování ze stejné adresy fungují.
Dělám někde něco špatně?

mám tam asi 3 free účty. Ruší sa to, či ponechať dáta tam?

Na žive.cz sa píše že všetko je preč, vyhľadávanie cez: GOZO - [gozofinder.com] ani cez GOOGLE - site:uloz.to jaksi viac nejdú.

Chlapi máte nejaké riešenie alebo tip, čo ďalej? Návod, ako žiť bez ulož.to? :-D

When you try to download for example from a Webshare with a FRD 1.0beta (I have Linux, openjdk 11.0.21) - example webshare links are here.

-> On download error FRD continuously for given file waits mine defined amount of delay seconds before retry. Despite I have in Settings / Connections tab "Error attempts count" to 0 or 1.

btw. i think the error for which it happened (if not for all) was:
No string between '' and ''
or
The server XY failed to respond

Ahoj,

zkoušel jsem stahovat pomocí FRD 1.0beta, :

první ze souborů se z webshare stáhl, ale u druhého ve frontě:
[webshare.cz]

se zobrazuje stav:
ERROR - No string between '' and '' was found

Při pokusu o stažení přes webový prohlížeč Firefox, se zobrazí:

Soubor je momentálně nedostupný, zkuste to prosím později.

Nevím, co je důvodem tohoto a jestli to později zmizí. Webshare tvrdí, že takový soubor je pravděpodobně poškozen kvůli selhání hardware a pokud nebude možná jeho náprava (prý se o obnovu snaží, ale je to prý zdlouhavé a nejsou schopni určit dobu ani šanci na úspěch), pokud náprava/obnova selže, bude soubor vymazán. Moc jim ale nevěřím, protože na webu mají tuto chybu dlouho a neodstraní záznam o souboru.

Mohli byste prosím do pluginu nastavit aby se stav zobrazoval srozumitelněji, než anglická zpráva:
ERROR - No string between '' and '' was found

https://sdilej.cz/nebezpecna-rychlost-2011/s když si zkusíte stáhnout nalezený soubor, FRD 1.0beta odkaz rozpozná, ale při pokusu o stažení hlásí:
ERROR - Tag containing 'Stáhnout FREE' was not found!

V seznamu pluginů je vidět bezplatný aktivní plugin czshare.com/sdilej.cz 1.1.8 @Smisek @tong2shot @birchie

Běžné stahování přes prohlížeč Firefox funguje.

Donedávna bylo stahování z [www.ceskatelevize.cz] bez problémů, ale teď se nedaří stáhnout seriál Black Books

Bug - Domain extensions over 4 chars cut off in clipboard monitoring (no replies)

FRD clipboard monitoring does not support domain names with extensions containing 5 or more characters.
Bug present in both FRD 0.94 and 1.00

Steps to reproduce:

oped notepad or another text editor
type in for exaple [test.cloud] and copy it to Windows clipboard (ctrl+c)
go to FRD, click the Plus sign and click Insert from clipboard

Result: The URL will be shortened to [test.clou]. The rest of the text string is cut off.

So, if your dl server has a TLD extension longer than 4 chars, you must insert the links manually via ctrl+v.
