Is there a way to download subtitles at the same time as the programmes from the BBC? I can get them from the site, but it requires several steps and assorted software. There is issue with BBC iplayer plugin, sometimes I get 0 byte flv (the RTMP message is "Access denied"). The file can be downloaded successfully (non 0 byte flv) by restarting the download process, sometimes not just once but twice or 3 times in order to download the file.
