FRD keeps showing CAPTCHA. Such CAPTCHA contains 4 numbers. But, if I use IE to download the file, the page was different, and the CAPTCHA only contains 3 numbers.

Instead, if I use Chrome to download the file, the CAPTCHA turns to be 4 numbers.
