Good morning! Today I cannot download some BBC programs, but others work fine. When trying these I get: "ERROR": [www.bbc.co.uk] [www.bbc.co.uk] Other programs download just fine. While trying these BBC Radio 3 program, I get the podcasts-versions instead of the real program: [www.bbc.co.uk] [www.bbc.co.uk] For a moment I thought the new FDR-version was causing this, but probable the BBC did some changes again ..... If not in the UK, try to set a UK http proxy inside FRD;
this will override tor plugin, that seems to be malfunctioning
(at least for me) since Monday afternoon...
I can download Caman - Episode 6
via a UK proxy (see attachment b0192tjt_UKproxy.jpg)

If you load the link in a browser and you have a UK IP,
by pressing the PLAY button you'll get what Radio 3 dubs as
HD Audio, i.e. AAC LC @320kbpsABR - the right click
context menu on the embedded flash player may report:

128kbps | RTMP (limelight) |

but that is a known bug of the iplayer radio software...
the audio is indeed @ 320+ kbps.

However, with a non-UK IP you only get a much, much lower
audio quality, HE-AACv2 @ 48kbpsABR - in that case,
context menu reports the correct value:

48kbps | RTMP (limelight) |

If you are not physically in the UK, then FRD will - due to a
current problem in tor plugin - download only the international
LQ version of the programme (ca. 21 MB ).
If you are after the UK HQ version, then again (as in the video
file above) configure FRD to use a UK http proxy; this way
you'll get a 136 MB file instead (see attachment b043pmd0_UKproxy.jpg)

This is proposed as an interim solution, until a more permanent (hopefully)
fix is realized by the devs...

And yeah I can reproduce the radio programs issue, I got different files. I can't analyze the issue right now, firefox keeps crashing when I open the programs URLs, and there is something wrong with my OS. As mentioned in this post, current plugin is downloading from limelight, sometimes it gets stuck at certain RTMP command. In the future plugin release, it may also download from akamai for UK users.

What is the real program? They are radio program aren't they?
