Hello there :-)
I think you ought update your FRD to version 0.9u4,
which is the latest and the only supported one...
The plugin update server first checks your FRD version
and (for the majority of the plugins) won't fetch the
updated version of a plugin if FRD itself is not up to the
most current version...
With FRD 0.9u4, I have "keep2share.cc" plugin v1.0.10 ;-)
