There are files on Ultramegabit/Uploadto that are only for premium members, that error message is for them.
The site has had "Your download has been limited" or "You have reached the download-limit" errors for your situation, both already caught by the plugin and the plugin will wait when these are found, unsure why the site stopped using these errors.

While you're at it, could you put an auto-retry in there? The host only allows 10 files per 24 hours, then FRD gives "this file is available to premium members only". However, the time limit constantly rolls over, so hitting resume after 10 minutes or so is usually successful. I usually leave it going overnight, but only end up with a couple files because of it.
