I'll bide my time and see if you clever guys can come up with a solution for overseas BBC TV downloaders.

Pleased to see that the radio progs can still be downloaded.

It seems that level3 CDN is not working at this moment. So unfortunately your only chance at this moment is to use VPN or SSH tunnel or the like. Limelight only works for <=480p.
