The links that were being provided to me were links to the html pages not directly to the file.

By going to the users file list and copying the download link directly the clipboard monitor picked right up on the file, and all is good.

I just double checked and the easyshare.frp file is in the plugins directory, and it shows up on my list of plugins in the UI.
