Now it looks like they implemented somehing like „fast downloading detection“. When I download at a rate like 3 MB/s, the downloading speed drops to 0 b/s. After stopping and resuming the download speed again rises to a maximum, but then it again drops to 0 b/s. When I limit the downloading to e.g. 250 kB/s, the speed remains for a longer time, then again drops to 0 B/s.
I tried to set it to 200 kB/s (which should be under the average bitrate of the downloaded video) and it stops too.
