I think, storage.to introduced some kind of anti FreeRapid Downloader mechanics. I tested it many times, on different files, and average download speed in FRD is much slower (about 30-40 kb/s), than in the browser (100-200kb/s). What is even more strange, you can simultaneously download two files (without account) - one with browser, and one with FRD (average speeds stay the same)!
