Okay please try xfilesharing plugin v1.1.2. Hopefully it will fix uploadocean and dropapk plugins issues :-)

It's http -> https redirection problem, should be easy to fix. I'll fix it tomorrow. In the mean time, try to re-add the download link with the https one, so [uploadocean.com] becomes [uploadocean.com]

Starting from XFileSharing v1.1.0 we added saving and downloading download link from/to cache feature. If downloading from cache failed, then plugin will download from the new generated download link (this is what the plugin always does pre XFileSharing v1.1.0), and re-save the download link to cache.

I tested both methods (from the generated download link/not from cache, and from download link cache) work just fine for uploadocean.

Can you attach app.log in debug mode? To run FRD in debug mode see point #5 of "Troubleshooting" section of this page.
