The other alternative is by editing "startup.properties" file (it's in your FRD folder). Find and replace the line "#--debug" with "--debug" (without quotes). Save the "startup.properties" file, then start FRD.

About firefox issue, maybe you're using add-on which interferes cookie handling (cookie monster, umatrix, or privacy badger, etc). Make sure the double quotes(") are included, because the path contains spaces.
