Actually, it has never been fixed from my perspective, but it works for a single download, just not a queue.
If you add more downloads than the program is set to download simultaneously, the queued downloads will not start, but will instead give you the error I described earlier.
Hitting Control-W will cause the downloads to start to work, but it's still annoying to check back and find that not everything is downloaded if you're trying to rip a bunch of stuff at once for later viewing and deciding what to keep and what to toss.

Queue size no longer seems to matter since the start of the year, just a sort of timeout similar to downloading files from a Yahoo Group (not with Freerapid).

I think it is pornhub doing some sort of anti-DOS thing or preventing people from queuing up downloads. I have been getting a "ERROR - JS 1 evaluation error ReferenceError: "player_mp4_seek" is not defined in at line number 1" (note that the multiple spaces after "in" and before "at line number 1" is not a typo) and sometimes it just goes "ERROR - File name not found". It only happens if you have a large number of downloads queued up, and the interesting thing is that if you don't download more than 3-5 at a time and manually hit control-w to start the next download it will work. Yet lowering the queue to 1 does NOT work, it will just result in another error.

Giving a link won't help, I'd need to give more than a dozen before the error starts reproducing itself. It also seems to time out after a couple days and the queue will work if you don't start more than ~10 downloads. Try to do more and you start having the issue.

Makes me think it is some kind of anti-DOS or anti mass downloading thing.
At least that is what I'm noticing when I tried to download about 3 dozen short videos of <10mb each.

I can't reproduce this issue. I added some more debugging to plugin v1.1.6, please update and attach the log file after the error again.
