Hi
My "download all" button doesnt work and I have a premium account. All my passowrds for the account and the files are ok. i could get in and download single files but not download all. The traffic is fully available. Tried in all 3 browsers mozilla, IE and chrome but nope. it doesnt work. just jumps up the page and stops . no message , no nothing as to what went wrong. PLEASE HELP as I have lots of files and cant go one by one.THANKS IN ADVANCE.

As of a week or so ago, I have not been able to download any files from 4shared. I love this program, but I want to be able to get files from 4shared again. I get the error messages "file is no longer valid". Can you please tell me what to do and how? Thank you!!

Good morning;
from 5 days ago when i tried to download from "4Shared" it didn't begin and the message i recieved is " ERROR, file size not found "
the attached file illustrate the problem
I tried to download another files and the same message appeared
another sites works good
please , what's this problem
