Whenever I try to download something from "hotfile" I first get a "waiting" message for 4 seconds. Then I see a "getting" for a split second. Then I see a wait! for 15 minutes. After I wait 15 minutes for it to end it simply goes back to waiting and loops. I've tried this for several different files for both the .85alphaa4 version and the .83u1 version.
