i need you to make a plugin for instant play videos in netflix

They use Silverlight instead of Flash. Unfortunately we cannot support these streams at the moment.

Yeah i know!
The prob is there isn't any working silverlight ripping softwares available!
i tried sniffer but it doesn't support Windows 7!
if you use XP try it and tell me!
