Following discussion in here : [wordrider.net]

A hardcore FRD user (cheers pal smiling smiley) tipped us info on how to bypass age verification in youtube.

The bypass mechanism has just been added/improved, also the signature issue in my previous post has just been fixed in the latest youtube plugin (v1.10.4).

Try disabling IPv6 :
- close FRD.
- edit "start.bat".
- replace "-Xmx192m" with "-Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true".
- save the file.
- run/execute "start.bat".

Let us know if it works / doesn't work.

Youtube plugin v1.10.6 now supports container selection.

If the preferred container doesn't exist it will download the video based on this priority : mp4 > flv > webm > 3gp.

"Any container" option means it will download the first container/format it founds.

Youtube plugin v1.11.0 now supports downloading course video, lecture materials, and course materials.

For example :

You have to enable direct download if you want to queue and download lecture and course materials.

@tong

Any chance of supporting search results on channels? [www.youtube.com]
The link above has 8 results, FRD catches none.

Thanks.

Sorry for very late reply, just found this old topic tongue sticking out smiley

I usually block the videos, copy to clipboard, and let FRD clipboard monitoring pick up the links, works all the time.
