I can't use "check new plugins"

Hi
I try to update my frd
but it show a window
"There is no enabled connection setting for creating connection"
and I can't find any files about frd except that from frd.zip

I use win7x64 frd9.u1
please help me

Options > Preferences > Connections tab > make sure that "Use system default connection" is checked.

It can work now!!
