ITV.com plugin update

* itv.com - 1.0.6


Please if you get a spare moment can you update the itv.com plugin as the website has very recently changed the format of the programme locations in the address bar so the downloader does not recgnise them any more.

Is it not possible to download from ITV.com any more then?
Hopefully their new format is able to be captured still.

Plugin v1.1.0 should work again.
