Looks like plugin stopped working (No Content-Disposition (filename) header in file).

Also some files (private and 'bugged') cannot be downloaded with 'default' credentials and require to be (added to and) downloaded from user's folder.
Therefore I ask to integrate 'premium' functionality into 4shared.com plugin in a way that empty User Name and Password made it fall back to 'default' credentials. (I believe it's alright to have single plugin for a service that requires registration.)

Private downloads issue is no longer relevant to me, since I (not without some struggle) followed tong2shot's advice and edited the plugin, leaving behind worries about the community.

OP in question was about universal plugin (my edit is not). The simplest way to make plugin for those who want private and orphaned downloads is to have it prompt for cookie info in Options, but this may confuse some people, so will require a disclaimer / explanation.
