Rdio.com links with special characters = error

The rdio.com plugin is not working when I try to download music site rdio.com that have special characters in the link (á, é, ô, ç, etc).
These special characters are transformed by FreeRapid Downloader in other containing the "%" symbol.

Example:
Original link:
rdio.com/artist/Les_Misérables_Cast/album/Les_Misérables_The_Motion_Picture_Soundtrack_Deluxe_(Deluxe_Edition)/

In FreeRapid downloader appears:
rdio.com/artist/Les_Mis%C3%A9rables_Cast/album/Les_Mis%C3%A9rables_The_Motion_Picture_Soundtrack_Deluxe_(Deluxe_Edition)/

Those tracks cannot be played in the browser either. Maybe you need a premium account or something? I'm not very familiar with Rdio.
