Download problem

Hi everybody,

I've got a problem with FRD: when I paste the links in this program, the files are downloaded one by one, and I have to wait between two downloads from a same website. It is like you go on the website, so i lose the benefits of FRD. I checked on severals websites, and the problem is still there, so I don't think it's a problem of plugins.
But, before it was working very well, and I'm pretty sure I changed nothing since this time.
So, if you have an idea, please post it.

Make sure Options > Preferences > Connections > Maximum number of simultaneous downloads is set correctly.

Ok, I checked this, but it's well set, it's on 5. My point is that for example, I have to wait a couple hours between two downloads from a same website, so I think that there is a problem with the program but I can't know what it is...

The websites restrict downloads from an IP address, this program can not change the website behaviour
If possible change your IP address between downloads
Or use a proxy list so the website doesn't know its you, also enables multiple downloads from the same site
Options > Preferences > Connections > Additional Proxy Servers

Ok, thanks for the tip, I tried, but how can I add those additionals proxy ? I don't manage to enter it correctly with the good format: the name of the proxy should be in the name of the txt document or in the txt document itself ?

EDIT: Well, it's even worth than before, now I can't download no one file: each time, it needs a premium account, for every kind of file no matter the size. But I changed nothing, it's getting worth for several days. A few weeks before, I was able to download many files from a same website, without putting any proxy ...

Undo any changes made in the 'Configure Proxy...' button

Tick 'Use Proxy List' and open a text file containing your proxy list
Then view loaded proxy list in 'Options > Use Connections', may need to press 'Refresh proxy list' first

eg: ProxyList.txt

Well, I did as you said, but it still doesn't work because it still requires a premium account ... It must be too difficult for me lol
A last try, if it doesn't work, I'll stop to bother the forum: maybe it comes from the user pass you told me to put at the end of the proxy list, I didn't know what to put there ...

the example proxy list was to demonstrate format of the file
the numbers only represent where numbers would go for the IP address and port details
and user/pass represent how to insert these details if you have/need them for that proxy

if you google 'list of proxy addresses' there are many sites that provide free to use proxy address details
you can also register with some sites for proxy usage, these would need the user/pass

Please make sure that the premium plugin isn't enabled accidentally. Options > Preferences > Plugins tab > scroll down to the relevant plugin and make sure there's a check mark in the X column.

You were right, only the premium plugins were enabled ... Now, the problem is that there is still a limitation, as if I hadn't set up the proxies, so I have to wait between the downloads, but at least I can download again.
