BBC.co.uk iPlayer App not working, version 0.9u2, app version 1.0.8

Unable to download any links, example: here

Progress counter counts down, but then it cannot connect and just downloads a 0kb file

It's not working again.
File is shown as being available but it either doesn't download or it downloads a 0 byte file.
