Download from Rapidshare and shared IP problem

Hi,
The ISP I use gives shared IP, so whenever I need to download from rapidshare (and other sites that hava parallel download limitation); I get this message: "Your IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xx is already downloading a file. Please wait until the download is completed."
Isn't there any possible way with FRD to solve this problem?

Only one - to use proxy servers.
