Attach the app.log file (Help > Browse to log file)
Or see what_we_need_from_you_to_make_or_fix_premium_plugins

the attached app.log shows no details of any errors from the filefactory.com_premium plugin

the new filefactory site changed login code - fixed in v1.0.7
if problems persist post newer app.log
