Hulu, YouTube, CeskaTelevize - settings reset

We made some changes in Hulu (v1.4.0), YouTube (v2.1.0) and CeskaTelevize (v1.1.0) internal data structures. The changes improve code readability, unfortunately it will also reset the plugins settings (video quality preference).

Wishlist:

mohl by plugin ceska televize doplnit do nazvu ukládaného souboru i nazev z zdrojového URL (webove stranky)?
protpoze bez toho to často uklada genericke nazvy, ze kterých není primo patrno, oc jde...

Co si o tom myslite?

They don't provide a consistent way to get program and episode name, so we have to do some weird steps to get filename.

Please try plugin v1.1.1.

great fix, now file name is better...

but one question, why .flv (flashvideo?) sufix? This stream is .mp4 or not?

Ceska Televize uses RTMP streams, and such streams are always FLV.
