Link works fine for me. This seems to be some kind of a configuration error for HTTPS on your end. You could try replacing "https" with "http" in the link to work around it, or uninstalling all Java versions and reinstalling the latest version to see if it fixes the issue.

the https solution did not work but installing the latest version of java without uninstalling the previous ones did, thank you for the quick reply and correct solution.
