Plugin settings is reverted back to quality instead of bitrate in plugin v2.0.1.

AppleHLS plugin v1.0.2 now supports resuming. That means CeskaTelevize plugin also supports resuming. Enjoy

The only downside is that FRD will show incorrect file size when the download completes after resuming. But that's just cosmetic bug, I'll take a look at it later.

Unfortunately it can't be done in plugin, without getting all segments' file size info. It needs the main app to be modified. What I can think of right now is to add another flag.

On other news AdobeHDS plugin v1.0.8 now also supports resuming, with the same AppleHLS's cosmetic bug unfortunately.

@Vity: how about adding another flag to accommodate this issue, something like: DownloadClientConsts.LEAVE_FILESIZE_ALONE or better yet DownloadClientConsts.DONT_DISTURB_FILESIZE_EVEN_IF_IT_IS_DOOMSDAY

Thats why HLS(HTTP) is better than RTMP.

Hmm, the changes you made to FragmentInputStream and HdsInputStream might cause high CPU usage, because the read() method is repeated 1,000,000 times a second if downloading at 1MB/s. I haven't tested this, but it's why streams support buffers.

I just committed AdobeHDS and AppleHLS to support buffering, I haven't released them, in case you want to make changes.

Maybe we can use the same technique to RTMP.

Real time testing is bit of problem to me, I have slow connection. It takes time to do real time testing.

Looks good to me. Nice work on the HLS plugin by the way.

RTMP resume is possible; rtmpdump supports it. I think I've tried to implement it even; not sure why I didn't finish it.
