Removal of Dead Sites

billionuploads died a month ago.

firedrive/putlocker and sockshare havent worked for ages. (check torrentfreak)

Rapidshare going down on 31 Mar 2015.. can be removed in due course.

Guess FreeRapid will always remember Rapidshare smiling smiley

BillionUploads, FireDrive, RapidShare plugins have been removed from plugin and source repositories.

The deleted plugins' source will be reverted (undeleted), then the plugins will be rebuilt and redistributed. So there will not be any problem with that scenario.

What about Hulu, which has had the plugin broken for over a year?
Can you have it set up so that new installs download with the plugin disabled until the plugin works again?

Hulu already marked as "Not working". As for disabled for new install, unfortunately it's not possible at this moment.

RTMP version of hulu is still uncrackable for now. I'm not sure if Hulu supports different protocol(s). Even if it does, it requires US residential IP address to access, and as far as I know none of devs has that.
