Hi

The "www.*" prefix to the filename to be downloaded
probably is the reason why the rapidgator.frp plugin
splits the initial URL into two:

http://rapidgator.net/file/529c5978b229efe6e698eb9d977979a2/www.NewAlbumReleases.net_Inna_Modja_-_Motel_Bamako_(2015)_FLAC.rar.html

is parsed as

http://rapidgator.net/file/529c5978b229efe6e698eb9d977979a2/www.NewAlbumReleases.net_Inna_Modja_-_Motel_Bamako_

(one Rapidgator link) and

http://FLAC.rar.html

(second "direct" invalid link...)

Do keep in mind that RG impose
an "hourly downloads limit" to free users,
an unsuccessful/partial attempt to download
will trigger this block regardless
