Google Drive fails to download

Does it? .. Strange.. I just tried it again and again, it's still the same. I always got the "ERROR - Error starting download" message.

What could be wrong? Is there any option/setting I need to pay attention to? Do I need the latest Java or something?. I'm still using Win XP.

Make sure you're using the latest version of googledocs plugin (v1.0.4). I've just tried, the first attempt I got "Read timeout" error, but second and third attempts, it was downloaded just fine. I'm not sure what happened, server issue perhaps?

Is there anything in app.log (Help->Browse to log file)?

Has the plugin be changed recently?
I think it had resume support. but not nowadays.

I got this error message from sample link:

"Sorry, you can't view or download this file at this time.

Too many users have viewed or downloaded this file recently. Please try accessing the file again later. If the file you are trying to access is particularly large or is shared with many people, it may take up to 24 hours to be able to view or download the file. If you still can't access a file after 24 hours, contact your domain administrator."

As for resume support, browser couldn't resume the file I tested either.

I can resume the files just fine with IDM

Resume works even in the other downloader that cannot be named here.
Can something be done?

Availability of resume is enabled automatically and supported only if the server responds with correct headers, which is not probably this case.

Is there any update to this? I haven't been able to download videos from Google Drive for months.

eg. link today downloads fine from the browser. Error in 5 seconds from FRD.

I'm using latest plugs (v1.04), 1.0beta frd.
