Uloz.to plugin don't work

Uloz.to plugin don't work for me since today.
Downloading in the browser works normally. - I have latest version of FRD 0.9u4, build 635, and newest Uloz.to plugin version 1.3.13 (author: Whole team).
If I try download any kind of file, download won't start. All what I see is: "ERROR - File name not found" or in czech "CHYBA - File name not found" (column "Estimated time" - "Odhadovaný čas").
Please help me. I guess this plugin will need repair or upgrade.

Uloz. to plugin now works. It was fault of Ulož.to site ...

Damn, same problem again. - Uloz.to now informs: "Maximal limit of requests has been reached. To continue, confirm that you are not a robot."

I have the same problem.

Now (and so yesterday): "File name not found".

Version of plugin uloz.to: 1.3.13,
version of FRD: 0.9u4,

version of JRE: version 8 update 111.

No available updates.

@warez-metal: you attached a wrong log. To locate the log (Help -> Browse to log file).

I can't reproduce the case, the sample link works fine here. I suppose there is some kind of download limit for ulozto these days?

It is problem with new captcha...

The sample link is redirected to [www.ulozto.cz] with google captcha.

29.10.2016 CHYBA - File name not found

can confirm ulozto has been throwing error "File name not found",
also recently started happening when you visit the site it redirects to captcha verification
