Since about two weeks I keep getting this message: Tag containing 'Download with FileFactory' was not found.

I am trying to follow your directions as on your site for answering the questions you need an answer to, but do not understand all things I have to do. Hope you still will help.

* FRD version: 0.9.u4 build #365
* Plugin version: 1.0.0. / Author: Birchie / services: 100shared.com
* Problem: I keep getting this message: Tag containing 'Download with FileFactory' was not found.

But all the FF links mention the same error.

Hi,

Tried to download again, but am getting the same message.
Found "history", according to that the last things I downloaded were 16th June.

Finally also found the app.log.file I have tried to add this, but keep getting red blocked message "You failed to attach any files, please try again". It seems that tht file has 0 bytes, so empty. Therefore attached "app" file.

Would/Could it help if I delete FDR and then install it again?
