cannot proceed to d/l

the plugin tries and fails several times to recognise the captcha code
you are then prompted to manually enter the captcha code
if you fail several attempts to enter the code correctly. . . that error message appears

for me : the plugin failed to recognise the code. I entered it correctly and the download started
