FRD on Java9 - ulozto doesn't work

Hello,

I downloaded new version of FRD from this topic. But there is problem with ulozto.cz plugin. All items are queued but they aren't downloaded. There is running timeout in loop but never begin download.

Can I ask you for help, please?
