ITV.com Plugin Not working

Hi All,

The ITV.com plugin is no longer working for me.

The 'Est.Time' does the 'Waiting' and then 'Getting', it recognises the 'Service' as 'ITV', and gets the correct program name, but then comes up with 'ERROR - Cannot download from service'.

An example of the program I'm trying to download is [www.itv.com].

Can someone investigate?

It is difficult for me to debug this issue as I'm not based in the UK and ITV is not available here. Could you attach the log file after this error? You can find the log from Help > Browse to log file.

I've just tried to download this program [www.itv.com], and got the same 'ERROR - Cannot download from service' message. The log file is attached, it doesn't appear to say much.
