Help! I cannot download from the bbc.co.uk/iplayer site

I repeatedly get the error message 'Failure to parse manifold" when I try to download form
www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer. Is there a solution or a workaround? Also what does the error
message mean?

Got the same issue for some weeks now, but still no reply. Must be summer break :)
