First, load the link in question in your browser:

Then, with the aid of your browser's context menu entries, load Page Source; then search for string data-pid; it is located in an XML block like the following:

The value of data-pid is p06w9twp, which is the ProgrammeID (PID) of the video you want to download; with the PID at hand, you can download it as a regular BBC iPlayer programme, by formulating a template URL like:

and feeding that to FRD:



Be sure to enable HDS streams (and disable Tor) inside the plugin's settings...

Note to Forum admins: It appears the forum software doesn't allow Chinese characters inside XML code tags (works in post Preview, but not when submitting the post), so I had to remove those manually prior to posting...

The only problem is that the video downloaded is given a very long file name , for example, BBC Learning English, BBC Lingohack_u300a_u82f1_u8bed_u5927_u7834_u89e3_u300b - Clothing and the environment _u65f6_u88c5_u4ea7_u4e1a_u5bf9_u73af_u5883_u7684_u5f71_u54cd.flv
