ceskatelevize.cz – plugin broken for some videos

Hi, it seems some videos can't be downloaded from ceskatelevize.cz using the latest version of both the app and the plugin.

App version: 0.99u4
Plugin version: 2.2.1

This video works: [www.ceskatelevize.cz]

This one does not: [www.ceskatelevize.cz]
